Smaply is run by a small and agile team in Innsbruck, Austria. We are an international and diverse team, together working towards a shared vision: We want to improve the experiences people have with their service/product providers, by equipping organizations with human-centered tools, skills, and knowledge.
● Our Origins
We are the people behind “This is Service Design Doing”
#TiSDT and #TiSDD sold 250,000+ times worldwide, translated into 7 languages. We promised an app when we launched the first book back in 2010, then it became a software. We put all our expertise and learnings into our software Smaply – backed by insights from co-creation with our users.
● Our Vision
Using service design to develop service design tools
Our vision is to help organizations to successfully do service design (or whatever you call what we’re doing). We develop software for the effective use of service design tools such as personas and customer journey maps.
