Smaply Refund Policy
Our software Smaply is try-before-you-buy basis, meaning that you have a chance to experience the full version of the software before buying it. We do have an extensive helpdesk platform so you can learn more about Smaply. We encourage you to review our helpdesk and try Smaply before making your purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements.
If you have purchased Smaply and are unsatisfied with our software, you can cancel your subscription and have a full refund. To do this, please contact our Customer Support Team (by email) within fourteen (14) days of your purchase to receive a refund, or contact Paddle through paddle.net. Refunds requested more than 14 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
If you receive a refund, it should be reflected on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days. Once you obtain a refund, you must stop using and dispose of all full or partial copies of the Software for which you do not have a valid purchased license. Smaply has the right to deactivate any account credited to you for the products that have been refunded.
